Open Design > Solid > Hole Series > Export Bolt List. Keep Report on
Bolt list (the other report is the
hole chart per part). Choose CSV (spreadsheet),
the default, HTML (printable A4) or PDF (A4, ready to print), then
choose a local filename ending in .csv, .html or .pdf. Export reads the model and replaces only that chosen
file after writing it completely. It does not change the design or contact a
supplier. Canceling the file dialog creates no file.
The list comes from the Hole Series records, not from bodies in the model. For each hole, the joint the series was made for gives:
Equal parts are added up across the design: twelve through bolts with a washer under the nut export as 12 screws, 12 washers and 12 nuts. A series with Clearance only lists nothing and is named in a note. A linked-file Hole Series counts once, in the assembly that made it, not again in its linked part files. Fasteners placed with Fusion's Insert Fastener are not read; the list is what the holes were made for.
Lengths use the nominal lengths of ISO 4762, ISO 4017 and ISO 10642: 6, 8, 10, 12, 16, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60, 65, 70, 80, 90 and 100 mm, then steps of 10 and 20 mm to 300 mm. A length a size is not made in still has to be checked with the supplier. Inch sizes use the add-in's inch length list.
Rows include quantity, role, thread size, length, screw kind, reference
standard, part number (the add-in's own key, such as ISO 4762 M6 socket 25),
supplier, supplier part number, description, mapping status and the Hole
Series that contribute, then the purchase designation and a search link.
Numbers are in millimetres. UTF-8 with a BOM preserves Vietnamese names in
spreadsheet applications. Text fields are CSV-escaped and formula-like
supplier text is treated as literal text. CSV keeps its first 14 columns in
the same order for spreadsheet and import workflows and adds designation
and search_url after them.
The HTML report is a self-contained document that opens offline in a browser. It presents item numbers, quantities, designations, sizes and lengths, supplier details and missing mapping status, with the project name and export date. Use the browser's Print command with A4 portrait paper to print it.
The PDF is the same report laid out on A4 pages, ready to print or send: the table head repeats on every page, the pages are numbered and each search link can be clicked. Every format recollects the list after the Save dialog, then replaces one chosen file atomically; a failed write preserves the previous file.
Each row names the part to order. A metric screw or pin gets its standard,
thread and length (ISO 4762 M6 × 25, ISO 8676 M10 × 1.25 × 50,
ISO 8734 6 × 20); a nut its standard and thread (ISO 4032 M8); a washer
its standard and nominal size (ISO 7089 6). Inch hardware is named by size,
length in inches, head and standard. A fine-pitch size shares the washer row
of its coarse size.
The designation never contains a property class, material or finish the
model does not know. Add your own per kind of hardware with grades, and
point the search links at your supplier with search_url:
{
"grades": {"socket": "12.9", "hex": "8.8", "nut": "8", "washer": "200 HV"},
"search_url": "https://your-supplier.example/search?q={query}"
}
Grade kinds are socket, low, hex, countersunk, shoulder, washer,
nut and pin. search_url must be an https address with exactly one
{query}; without it, the links run a web search. The link searches for the
designation; choose and verify the exact part on the supplier's site.
Edit %APPDATA%\VanThanBK\AssemblyHoleSeries\metric_fasteners.json, or
use Connection Library and Batch Change > Map supplier SKU. The parts
object maps a part number from the bolt list to your purchasing information:
{
"schema_version": 1,
"units": "mm",
"parts": {
"ISO 4762 M6 socket 25": {
"supplier": "Your selected supplier",
"supplier_part_number": "YOUR-VERIFIED-SKU",
"description": "M6 x 25 socket screw, verify material and finish"
},
"ISO 7089 M6": {
"supplier": "Your selected supplier",
"supplier_part_number": "YOUR-VERIFIED-WASHER-SKU"
}
}
}
Copy the part number from the hsf_part_number column of the CSV.
supplier, supplier_part_number and description are optional strings.
Unmapped rows keep blank supplier fields; the add-in's part number is never
presented as a supplier SKU. Mappings do not create an order or establish
stock availability. An unreadable or malformed file is reported with its
path and is never overwritten.
Set Report to Hole chart per part to export, for every part a Hole
Series drilled, one row per hole: the part and body, the hole's entry point in
the part's own component coordinates (X, Y, Z in mm) and its axis, the
feature (diameter, thread, slot or Dowel H7), the tap drill, a counterbore or
countersink, a nut pocket or sunk nut on the far side, the material crossed
and the Hole Series position (series-position). A part used several times
is charted once. Holes made by other features are not listed. A series whose
parts cannot be read is listed as a note to rebuild it with Update All;
nothing is guessed. The CSV has the columns part, body, hole, series,
x_mm, y_mm, z_mm, direction, feature, size, diameter_mm,
thread, tap_drill_mm, depth, head, tail and notes; the HTML page
and the PDF show one table per part on A4.
Creation, Edit and Update require a Hybrid parent design. Export Bolt List is read-only and works in any design that holds Hole Series records.
